Replace preggy with plain asserts

The tests asserted through preggy's expect(), and preggy kept six and
unidecode in the development environment after six had left the runtime
dependencies. The 127 expectations are now plain assert statements, which
pytest already reports with full diffs, and expect.error_to_happen became
pytest.raises followed by an exact comparison of the message, which is what
preggy checked (match= would only search). The request-time THUMBOR_SERVER
test checks the prefix with startswith rather than a substring, since the
server is the prefix and a bare in on a URL trips CodeQL's incomplete URL
substring rule. preggy is dropped from the dev group and the lock, and six
and unidecode go with it.

preggy's to_equal decodes bytes before comparing, so eight expectations
compared bytes with str and passed. They now state the real types: the view
tests decode response.content through a small body() helper, and the signer
tests expect security_key to be bytes, which is how BaseUrlSigner stores it.
A run with preggy instrumented to evaluate the plain comparison next to each
expectation found no other mismatch. The asserts that kept preggy's
expected-first operand order were flipped to url == expected like the rest
of the file, and the four fit-in error tests that repeated the same message
collapsed into one parametrized test.
