Fix the dead links in the contributing guide

The guide told contributors to add the upstream remote with
git://github.com/thumbor/libthumbor.git, but GitHub made the removal of the
unencrypted git protocol permanent on 2022-03-15 and that URL now times out.
The remote uses HTTPS instead, which git ls-remote confirms works. The fork
documentation link pointed at help.github.com/fork-a-repo, which returns 404;
it now points at the page GitHub's docs redirect to today.

No other document in the repository references either URL.
