ci: check the line length and table padding of the Markdown files (#2048)

Adds a Markdown check to CI and fixes the files that currently fail it.

## The check

`scripts/check_markdown.dart` runs in a new "Markdown" workflow and
locally as `melos run check-markdown`. It covers every tracked `.md` and
`.md.tmpl` file except changelogs, which the release tooling generates,
and symlinks.

- **Line length:** at most 100 characters. Fenced code blocks and tables
are exempt, and so is a line that only runs over because of a single
unbreakable word such as a URL. Long lines are listed by file and line
and have to be wrapped by hand.
- **Tables:** columns must be padded so they line up. `--fix` pads them
in place.

The table formatter moves from `scripts/sync_skills.dart` into
`scripts/src/markdown_tables.dart`, so both scripts produce the same
output.

100 characters matches how MIGRATION.md and most READMEs are already
wrapped. AGENTS.md documents the new rule.

## Fixes

- Tables padded in MIGRATION.md and the `supabase_flutter` README.
- Long lines rewrapped in AGENTS.md, MIGRATION.md, the root README, the
header and note blocks of the package READMEs, the
`supabase_flutter_web_auth` README and the launch image README of the
iOS example. Only line breaks change, not wording.
