[msp] Support all MSP versions for Idemix and add factory test coverage (#229)

#### Description

- `New` now accepts `MSPv1_0`..`MSPv3_0` for `*IdemixNewOpts`, matching
the
versions already supported for `*BCCSPNewOpts`, and forwards the
requested
version to `idemixmsp.NewIdemixMsp` instead of hardcoding
`MSPv1_1`/`MSPv1_3`.
- Added table-driven tests in `msp/factory_test.go` covering `New` for
every
MSP version with both `*BCCSPNewOpts` and `*IdemixNewOpts`, plus tests
for
`LoadLocalMspDir`, `LoadVerifyingMspDir`, `loadMSP`, and
`defaultParameters`
  (including their failure paths).
