* feat(web): live For rows travel as in-place edits

A live `For` already sends only the rows a tick changed (#4064), but each
changed row still shipped its html, which the client parsed and morphed.
The server now diffs a changed row's html against the one the client
shows: when the tags and comments line up, the row travels as attribute
and text edits addressed by element ordinal and text slot, and the client
writes them in place with no parse and no morph. Attribute edits go
through the morph's attribute match (claims, `<details open>`), edits
under `data-preserve` are skipped, and anything else ships the row whole
as before (structural change, SVG/MathML attribute change, unknown
entity, raw-text element, slots, live-hole markers).

A dev server also ships a hash of each patched row's element tree; the
client hashes the row it shows and, on a mismatch (markup the browser's
parser restructured), reports it and resyncs instead of writing.

* fix(solid): a live Repeat's rows travel as row ops

The server `repeat` never tagged its rows the way `mapArray` does, so a
live `<Repeat>` hole was re-sent whole on every change instead of as the
changed rows (#4064) and, now, their edits.

* fix(web): a row whose element's $key changed ships whole

A changed key is another entity: the whole-row morph replaces the
element instead of carrying its live state (value, open, focus) over,
so an in-place patch would attach that state to the wrong entity.
