Support Python 3.15 (#126)

remotecv 5.2.0 declares requires-python <3.15, so pip on Python 3.15 skips
it and installs 5.1.9, which still pins Pillow 10.*, even though thumbor,
whose queued detector runs next to remotecv, already supports 3.15. Raise
the upper bound to <3.16 in pyproject.toml and the README, add the 3.15
classifier, and add 3.15 to the unit test matrix. The upper bound stays, so
the next Python release needs the same bump.

The Docker image matrix does not get 3.15 yet: on pull requests the
Dockerfile installs the latest tagged remotecv from PyPI, and 5.2.0 refuses
3.15, so that job can only pass after a release that includes this change.
A failing docker (3.15) also cancelled the other Docker builds because the
matrix used fail-fast, which the unittest matrix already disables; disable
it there too so one Python version cannot hide the result of the others.
Locally on CPython 3.15.0 all 62 tests pass, including Redis and sentinel.
