feat(web): broadcast() shares data sources across viewers (#4230)

* feat(web): broadcast() shares data sources across viewers

A broadcast whose answer is an async iterable of values now runs one
source per share key: each codec record is framed once and written to
every tap. Unchanged objects still go as references to the yield before;
the reference space keeps only what the latest yield touched, so a late
joiner is sent the latest yield encoded under the shared ids.
