Lint examples for hidden commands and flags (#2419)

A new help rule, example-visible, refuses an example that runs a hidden
command or passes a hidden flag, under any of its spellings. example-runs
parses each example line, and a hidden 1.x alias such as --label or
--search parses, so an example could teach the spelling help hides and
nothing said so. resolveExample's parse is split out as parseExample for
both rules. No example breaks the rule today.
