Check YAML front matter with nested field selection (#11)

Enable string value checks by default, with dotted include/exclude paths through objects and arrays, precise escaped source spans, decoded vocabulary collection, and conservative YAML-type-preserving plain scalar fixes. Document markdownlint front matter stripping setup.
