Exclude Liquid expressions and tags from Markdown spelling (#10)

Skip matched Liquid spans without evaluation while preserving original Markdown coordinates, surrounding prose, unmatched openers, and code exclusions. Apply exclusions to diagnostics, conservative fixes, and vocabulary collection.
