feat: render the map images in a worker pool

node-canvas draws and encodes synchronously on the main thread, so a large
map.png held the event loop for 100-160 ms and stalled health checks and
every other route. The render limiter could only queue renders, not keep
them off the loop.

Renders now run on a piscina pool of worker threads (one per CPU by
default). The main thread resolves the viewport's tiles into a compact
typed-array scene, or the minimap's RGBA pixels, transfers it to a worker
and gets the PNG back transferred. The drawing code and PNG settings are
unchanged, so the images are byte-identical. Admission stays in front of the
pool (bounded queue, wait deadline, 503 with Retry-After) and a queued render
is dropped when its client disconnects. The render limiter is removed.
