Commit Message

docs: point CI Nix cache guide at setup-nix (#892)

## What

Point the CI Nix cache guide at dev-kit's `setup-nix` action.

## Why

The guide still documents `DeterminateSystems/nix-installer-action` with
`determinate: false` as a two-action stack to copy, while the workflows
already use `setup-nix`.

## Testing
none

## Checklist

- [x] Tests added/updated, or confirmed that no tests are required
- [x] No breaking changes, or upgrade path documented above
- [x] Readable commit history (squashed and cleaned up as desired)
- [x] AI code review considered and comments resolved

## Summary by CodeRabbit

* **Documentation**
* Updated CI workflow guidance to use the dev-kit Nix setup action, with
Cachix credentials provided through its inputs. Removed the previous
