chore(examples): use the typed v3 surfaces with CLI-generated types (#2009)

Resolves [SDK-2328](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/SDK-2328).

The example apps still showed v2 patterns: `from('table')`, `Map<String,
dynamic>` rows, hand-written `fromJson` models and untyped
`onPostgresChanges`. Someone copying them into a v3 app would never see
the typed surfaces. Every example that touches the database now uses
types generated by `supabase gen types --lang dart`.

## Changes

- **`examples/database_crud`**: reads, filters, ordering, inserts,
updates and deletes go through `supabase.table(Tasks.table)`. The join
is `selectOnly([Tasks.table.allColumns,
Tasks.projects(Projects.name)])`, read through a small `Task` extension
type that replaces the hand-written model. A new migration adds a
`complete_all_tasks` function, called as
`supabase.rpc.completeAllTasks(...)` from a "Complete all" action in the
app bar.
- **`examples/realtime_room`**: the repository uses
`table(Messages.table)` and returns `MessagesRow`. The channel listens
with `onTableChanges(Messages.table)`, and the UI switches over the
sealed `TypedPostgresChange`.
- **`packages/supabase_flutter/example`**: the profile form loads and
upserts through `table(Profiles.table)` and `ProfilesInsert`.
- **`packages/supabase/example`**: typed select, insert, update and
delete, plus `onTableChanges` and the typed `stream()`.
- **`packages/postgrest/example`**:
`PostgrestClient.table(Countries.table)` with a typed filter.
- Each example commits its `supabase_schema.g.dart`, adds
`supabase_typegen` as a dev dependency (except the `postgrest` package
example) and silences `experimental_member_use` in its analysis options.
The READMEs describe the generated file and the command to regenerate
it.

The `authentication`, `passkeys`, `storage_transforms` and
`edge_functions` examples and the auth, storage, functions and realtime
package examples have no database access and already use v3 APIs, so
