docs: added internals of unquoted strings

Describes how `{include foo.latte}` and `{link Foo:bar}` parse: the two views of
a tag (text with whitespace vs. stream without it), the wrap-in-quotes trick that
buys interpolation, the all-or-nothing decision rule, and why its failure is
silent - a bareword is a string in Latte, so the expression fallback produces a
StringNode too and masks the refusal.

Also records why the construct exists at all: it is not a designed feature but a
compatibility surface reconstructed on a PHP-like parser that cannot natively
accept `foo.latte` as a name, and the limits section is the boundary where the
reconstruction is imperfect or was deliberately narrowed.
