Commit Message

fix: Notify prerelease users of the final release

Before: the update check of datapages watch compares only the major,
minor and patch numbers. 0.11.0-rc.1 then equals v0.11.0, and a user
of the prerelease never learns that the release is out.

After: versions compare by semver precedence, where a prerelease
precedes its release.
