* fix(compiler): error on removed 1.x namespaces on native elements (#4187)

`on:`, `oncapture:`, `attr:`, `bool:`, `use:` and `classList` used to
compile silently into literal attributes. On native elements in the dom
and ssr generates both compilers now raise the same compile error, naming
the 2.0 replacement. Components, the universal generate, `prop:` and the
XML namespaces are unaffected. Compile-time only; no runtime code.

* test: compare uncolored Babel code frames in the #4187 tests

CI forces color, so Babel's code frame carried ANSI escapes and the
location regexes missed.
