ci: drop the HoloHub wrapper integration job

HoloHub is deprecated. Its public main is now a module registry, and
the archive-4x branch that keeps the wrapper suite is frozen and pins
CLI 4.6.0. Testing the current CLI against that suite no longer covers
a supported workflow, so remove the job and its row in .github/CI.md.
The build job now waits only for pre-commit and the test matrix.
