fix(typegen)!: map string-serialized catalog types to String (#1991)

## Summary

A number of built-in types had no entry in the format table, so their
getters were `Object?`. None of them has a JSON cast, so PostgREST sends
their text output as a JSON string. They now map to the text kind and
generate `String`, or `String?` when nullable:

- Geometric types: `point`, `line`, `lseg`, `box`, `path`, `polygon`,
`circle`
- Multiranges: `int4multirange`, `int8multirange`, `nummultirange`,
`datemultirange`, `tsmultirange`, `tstzmultirange`
- `pg_lsn`, `pg_snapshot`, `txid_snapshot`, `jsonpath`
- Tuple and transaction identifiers: `tid`, `xid`, `xid8`, `cid`
- Object identifier aliases: `regclass`, `regtype`, `regproc`,
`regprocedure`, `regoper`, `regoperator`, `regnamespace`, `regrole`,
`regconfig`, `regdictionary`, `regcollation`
- `aclitem`, `refcursor`
- Internal catalog types that a view over `pg_catalog` can expose:
`pg_node_tree`, `pg_ndistinct`, `pg_dependencies`, `pg_mcv_list`,
`gtsvector`, `pg_brin_bloom_summary`, `pg_brin_minmax_multi_summary`

`int2vector` and `oidvector` stay `Object?`. Postgres treats them as
arrays, so they arrive as `[1,2]` and `["1","2"]`.

Each type's serialization was checked with `to_json` on Postgres 17.

Typed values for these types, such as multiranges as lists of
`PostgrestRange` and the geometric types, are tracked in SDK-2309.

## Breaking change

Regenerated code changes these getters from `Object?` to `String`. Code
that casts the value keeps working, but a type check or assignment
against `Object?` may need updating.

## Tests

- The "types that PostgREST serializes as strings read as text" test
covers every new format.
- A new test pins `int2vector` and `oidvector` to the unknown kind.
