feat: native Google sign-in through Firebase on Android and iOS (#76)

Continue with Google, at sign-in and when replacing a key, now skips the
browser: the platform's own account picker (Credential Manager on
Android, GoogleSignIn on iOS), then Firebase Auth, then the Firebase ID
token to Fellowship as firebase_token. Link signs out of Firebase as soon
as it has the token; the keypair and device token are made as before.

Anywhere it cannot work, it falls back to the browser without an error:
no Google client in the Firebase config, an unregistered signing key, or
a Fellowship that answers fellowship_firebase_unavailable or (older than
the field) fellowship_no_credential.

CI now registers the iOS plist's REVERSED_CLIENT_ID as a URL scheme.
Firebase Auth also needs the Fragment, Collection, Tracing and LiveData
packages aligned, or D8 sees duplicate classes.
