* feat: enrol Monitor handsets from native Google sign-in

POST /sentinel/v1/auth/device/firebase takes a Firebase ID token from
Monitor's native Google sign-in on Android and iOS, verifies it with
Guardian's FirebaseIdTokenVerifier, runs the responder gate, and enrols
the handset exactly as the other paths do.

The Firebase project is the one named by the FCM service account Sentinel
already holds for push. 503 when none is configured (Monitor falls back
to the browser), 401 for a bad token, 403 for an uncertified responder.

* fix: plain property access inside ?? for PHPStan

* build: move Guardian to v1.1.0 for FirebaseIdTokenVerifier
