Forward stdin in `lemmego run`

A child process with no Stdin set gets os.DevNull, so every read returns
EOF immediately. `lemmego run` wired Stdout and Stderr and not Stdin,
and the omission was invisible for as long as nothing read it: for an
ordinary command EOF is indistinguishable from "nobody typed anything".

It surfaced through `lemmego run mcp:serve`, which speaks JSON-RPC over
stdin and stdout. The server started, read EOF, correctly treated that
as the client having disconnected, and exited successfully having
written nothing at all. The editor reported CONNECTION_CLOSED — true,
and silent about why. Measured before the fix: 0 bytes on both streams
and exit 0, after 30 seconds, against a warm build of 6 seconds, which
is what ruled out compile time.

Any command reading stdin was affected — a confirmation prompt, a piped
file, a password read — not only this one.

The construction moved into buildRunCommand so it can be asserted
directly, since the bug is in what the command is, not in what it does.
