* test(cli): add unit tests for minder set-project command

Add unit tests for the minder set-project command (and aliases cd/sp) covering:
- Creating a new config.yaml with the target project ID
- Updating an existing config.yaml while preserving other configurations
- Alias invocation (cd, sp)
- Error handling on invalid project UUID
- Usage triggers on zero or multiple arguments

* test(cli): address review feedback on set-project unit tests

- Introduce runSetProject helper to deduplicate test setup
- Assert Usage: output and rename tests for zero/extra arguments
- Wrap alias tests in individual subtests t.Run(alias, ...)
- Verify 0600 file permissions and clean stdout/stderr on success
