fix: run Kubernetes E2E tests against the built runtime image (#420)

The Kubernetes E2E job runs the server from the source checkout, so a broken
Dockerfile, missing runtime dependency, wrong entrypoint or bad runtime config
in the image would only show up after release.

Add an e2e-image job next to the existing one. It builds a single-platform
image tagged with the commit SHA (never pushed), loads it into the Kind
cluster, deploys it from examples/kubernetes/manifests.yaml with that image and
the platform-admin persona, and runs the existing E2E tests against it over
Streamable HTTP through a port-forward. This also exercises the non-root user,
read-only root filesystem, bearer auth and health/readiness probes.

The test fixture connects over HTTP when KUBEFLOW_MCP_E2E_URL is set (with
KUBEFLOW_MCP_E2E_TOKEN as the bearer token) and keeps the stdio path otherwise,
so the source-based job is unchanged. A CI-only ClusterRole grants the example
ServiceAccount TrainJob access outside its namespace, since the tests use
default and temporary namespaces and read the controller pod. Path filters now
also cover Dockerfile, .dockerignore, uv.lock and examples/kubernetes.
