[fix] Escaped OpenWrt change_password SSH command

The password and confirm_password values were interpolated into the
remote shell command without escaping, allowing shell command injection
on the device. They are now quoted with shlex.quote() and passed to
printf instead of echo -e, so backslashes are no longer interpreted.
