* chore(deps): update github-actions (minor/patch)

* fix(rcs): address channel error checks in console shutdown

golangci-lint 2.15.0 updates errcheck and reports discarded errors
received from channels, exposing two existing console shutdown receives.

Add a targeted errcheck suppression with an explanation for the output
receive after a user interrupt. This receive waits for the reader to
finish after sending the WebSocket close frame. A remote disconnect can
report an abnormal close or connection reset during shutdown, but must
not turn a user-requested clean exit into a failure. Preserve
propagation of close-frame write failures, context errors, and
active-session I/O errors.

Check the ConnectConsole result in the echo test with errors.Is against
context.Canceled instead of discarding it, so the test verifies the
expected cancellation outcome even when the error is wrapped or joined.
