molly: derive clock.dt() from wall-clock time

clock.dt() formatted the current date taken from os.date() but
derived the sub-second part from os.clock(), which returns CPU
time of the process. The fractional part of log timestamps was
therefore unrelated to the actual time of day, and its width
varied.

The patch adds clock.realtime() (CLOCK_REALTIME) for both runtimes
and builds dt() from a single wall-clock source: the date comes
from os.date('*t', sec) and the sub-second part is computed from
the same realtime reading. The sub-second part is zero-padded to a
fixed width of six digits (microseconds).
