Drop the 1.x flag spellings from astro env list, which 1.x never had (#2376)

astro env list is new in v2, so no 1.x script can have passed it
--workspace-id or --deployment-id. It now takes --workspace and
--deployment only; the old spellings are unknown flags there.
followProject resolves a link name in a --deployment that stands for no
older spelling, and an explicit --workspace keeps the project's
workspace out, as --workspace-id does elsewhere.
