refactor(realtime): store the client's loops in TaskStorage and tag socket events with a generation (#1592)

Replace the three optional task fields on `RealtimeClient` with one
`TaskStorage` keyed by location (`.connection`, `.socketReader`,
`.heartbeat`, `.idleDisconnect`). Starting a new run replaces the old one,
`disconnect()` cancels everything in one call, and the storage cancels
itself when the client is released.

Add a `generation` counter bumped on every socket install and disconnect.
The reader and heartbeat loops carry the value they started with, so an
event or error from a socket that a reconnect already replaced is dropped
before it can touch the healthy connection. This replaces the
`from conn:` identity checks.
