feat: select, download and delete storage data in bulk (#917)

Add useSelection (Gmail-style selection with pruning) and useStorageExport
(create, poll, unzip, save), plus the export and download Segment events.

The two integration cases asserting no poll after settle/unmount still fail:
getExport's keepUnusedDataFor: 0 lets RTK cache collection remove the entry
before the polling update clears its timer, so one stray poll fires.

The checkbox now sits beside the clickable card area, vertically centred,
instead of in a footer row of its own, so selectable cards are no taller
than plain ones.

* feat(storage-export-ui): selection-scoped bulk actions, quieter row actions and players empty state

* chore(storage-export-ui): drop unused BulkActions type re-export
