docs(storage): say that a purge without transformations also drops the variants (#1980)

Fixes [SDK-2274](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/SDK-2274).

## Changes

The dartdocs of `StorageFileApi.purgeCache` and
`StorageBucketApi.purgeBucketCache` now say that a purge without
`transformations` removes the original and its resized/formatted
variants. Before, they only said "the object cache is purged".

This came out of checking supabase/supabase-swift#1546, which states the
opposite for the flag (that `transformations: true` purges the original
as well). Following the request through the stack:

- Storage forwards one purge type: `object`/`object-transforms`,
`bucket`/`bucket-transforms`.
- The CDN cache manager maps each type to a single cache tag: `asset:`,
`transform-asset:`, `bucket:`, `transform-bucket:`.
- The API gateway tags every cached response with `asset:` and
`bucket:`, and adds the `transform-*` tags only to transformed
responses.

So `transformations: true` purges only the variants, as the docs already
said, and the default purge also hits the variants, which the docs
didn't say. No code change.
