Name IR graph files after the integral they belong to (#916)

Graph visualisation always wrote to `S.pdf` and `F.pdf`, so compiling a
form with more than one integral left only the last graph on disk, and a
bilinear and a linear form overwrote each other.

Name each file after the integral or expression it belongs to, plus the
cell type and quadrature rule identifier, since one integral may be
split over several of each:

    integral_2fb3208f..._triangle_Q083_S.pdf
    integral_2fb3208f..._triangle_Q083_F.pdf

The quadrature rule identifier is the one used to name tables in the
generated code, so a graph can be matched to the code it produced.

Add `--visualise-format` to choose the image format (pdf, png, svg, ...),
as requested on the issue. It is a separate flag rather than an optional
value for `--visualise`, because `--visualise [FORMAT]` makes argparse
swallow the input filename as the format.

The `visualise` argument of the JIT and compiler entry points now takes
an image format, and still accepts `True` as a synonym for "pdf" so that
existing callers keep working.

`test_visualise` also now runs in a temporary directory; it previously
left `S.pdf` and `F.pdf` in whatever directory the tests were run from.
