fix(regex): reject a dash after a range or POSIX class

`[a-b-c]` and `[[:digit:]-a]` read the second dash as a literal dash,
while the compiler's regex literals reject them. A dash after a range or
a POSIX class is ambiguous, so it is now an error that says to write
`\-` for a literal dash.
