Describe every method of a route served for several on one path (#8)

## Overview

A handler routed for several methods on one path, such as Laravel's
`Route::match(['put', 'patch'], ...)`, lost its bare `#[OA\Response]`
and parameter attributes, because they could join neither method. They
now describe every method, using the `methods:` split swagger-php added
in 6.17.0. This raises the `zircote/swagger-php` requirement to `^6.17`.

## Summary

- Bare responses and parameter attributes on such a handler reach each
of its methods, and each method is reported as matched
- An operation declared without a method describes every method of its
path
- An operation that names its method still describes that method only,
and the others are added from the route as before
- Routes for one handler on different paths are unchanged
- The README describes the new behaviour in place of the
one-operation-per-method workaround
