refactor: document critical performance rationale for addrFamily

Add an explicit warning comment to the addr struct explaining why the
address family field (af) must remain an integer-based addrFamily rather
than being refactored to a `bool`.

Switching to a `bool` forces the Go compiler to materialize CPU condition
codes into register bytes and spill them onto the stack due to increased
register pressure. This prevents register promotion and causes a severe
performance regression in Range calculations, doubling latency from ~11ns
to ~21ns.
