refactor: optimize register allocation, unify address family handling, and update docs

- Optimize Range() and related functions by evaluating value-based methods
  (like ip.Is4()) before calling unwrap(), preventing premature stack slot
  allocation and keeping variables in CPU registers.
- Unify internal address family representation field to `af` across both
  safe and unsafe conversion paths, introducing an explicit is4() method on addrT.
- Enhance CommonPrefix godoc to reference "smallest common supernet" and
  streamline address family comparisons.
- Add BenchmarkCommonPrefix for v4 and v6 variants.
