v0.9.0:

Fixed:
- `resource()` fetcher now always receives an `AbortSignal` (previously `undefined` on the server), so the signal signature is consistent across server and client. On the server a real `AbortController` is created per resource; if the signal is aborted, neither data nor error are applied — matching the client semantics

Changed:
- **breaking:** the `resource()` return format changed — the second element of the tuple is no longer a single `refetch` function but an object of handlers (`{ refetch, mutate, cancel, invalidate }`). Existing code that destructured `const [, refetch] = resource(...)` must switch to `const [, { refetch }] = resource(...)`
- **breaking:** the `resource()` signature is unified to `resource(fetcher, options?)`; the previous overload accepting an object form `{ fetcher, options }` is removed. The option fields themselves (`initial`, `timeout`, `key`, `keepPreviousState`) are unchanged
- resource-related types (`ResourceOptions`, `ResourceArg`, `ResourceContext`, `MutableState`) are consolidated into `src/types.ts` instead of being duplicated in `src/utils/resource.ts`
