SCAL-345661 Skip login when the cluster already has a session (#216)

POST /authorize always redirected to the cluster's login (saml/login), so users
went through the full IdP round trip even when they already had a ThoughtSpot
session. Now the worker redirects straight to /callback, and the callback page
fetches a token first, only falling back to login on a 401. A 401 after login
(marked by loginAttempted=1) shows the manual token screen instead of looping.

Adds tests for the redirect rewrite and for the callback page script.
