feat(mavftp): show mavftp file transfer rate and remaining time for batches

Display average throughput in KiB/s and estimated remaining file transfer
time in the MAVFTP progress popup for selected files, recursive
directory transfers, and the last flight log.

Replace integer percentage download/upload callbacks with received and total
byte counts to preserve precision and support accurate transfer metrics.

- Track cumulative transferred bytes across files of different sizes.
- Update batch totals when remote sizes differ from directory listings.
- Exclude unreceived bytes from failed or skipped files.
- Ignore MAVFTP cleanup callbacks that follow counter resets.
- Start fresh rate and ETA calculations for each retry attempt.
- Withhold ETA and use an indeterminate bar while sizes are unknown.
- Calculate average throughput using a monotonic clock.
- Resize the popup to accommodate the translated two-line status.

Run optional CRC32 verification after all batch transfers finish.
Display a separate verification message and keep the popup open until
the background task completes, excluding verification time from the
transfer estimate.

Document transfer statistics, unknown-size handling, retries, and the
verification phase in the MAVFTP user manual.
