Commit Message

github: coverage: switch to Ubuntu 26.04 (#338)

When 'ubuntu-latest' switched to Ubuntu 24.04 with LCOV 2.0, this test
started to fail, see commit f1b3726 ("github: coverage: back to Ubuntu
22.04").

Ubuntu 26.04 has autoconf-archive with the required fix, so let's switch
to it instead of staying on an old OS.
