tests: check the plugin's behaviour in namespaces (#336)

Add a small harness that drives them over a real MPTCP connection
inside a pair of network namespaces, so address advertisement and
subflow creation can be observed end to end.

pm_lib.sh provides the shared scaffolding:
  - two namespaces (pm_ns1/pm_ns2) linked by two veth pairs
  - pm_start_mptcpd, to launch mptcpd in a namespace with a chosen
    plugin.
  - pm_do_conn, to open a client/server MPTCP connection;
  - pm_pass/pm_fail/pm_skip helpers (exit 77 for SKIP, as automake
    expects).

mptcp-upstream-conn is a minimal MPTCP server/client.

test-e2e-addr-adv brings addr_adv up in both namespaces (signal on ns1,
subflow on ns2), checks that each local address is advertised with the
expected flag, opens a connection and asserts it reaches two subflows.
