feat(ui): open a stored query result with datatug ui --result (#412)

Stacked on #411, which is stacked on #409. This branch contains their commits, so review only the commits after #411's head.

`datatug ui --result <id>` opens a result of `query run --result-id <id>` in the unified terminal workspace with the rows already loaded. Nothing is run to open it.

- `queryresults.Store.Load` reads the two files with the same checks as `Locate`: the id grammar, no link, the owner, completeness, expiry and the recorded size of `data.json`. It refuses a format version it does not know (`unsupported-version`).
- `ui --result` builds a chat RecordSet:
  - the rows come from `data.json`;
  - the DTQL comes from `meta.json`; a saved query instead uses its id, and the saved text for a saved DTQL query;
  - the parameters come from `meta.json`.
- The project comes from the result's own `db.project`, looked up only as a registered project id, at its absolute registered folder. A folder of that name in the current directory is never used. So the command works from any folder.
- `Store.Load` refuses, as `incomplete` (exit 3), a recordset without `$key` first or with a row that is not as long as its columns, and a parameter that is neither a scalar nor a set.
- Opening a result does not overwrite the saved last chat choices.
- Opening the same result twice makes two "Query result" sessions; this is left as is.
- It puts the RecordSet in a new chat session of that project, under one user line saying it was loaded from its files, and the workspace opens on it. JOIN candidates come from the source's schema, as for any chat result.
- `--as/--role/--group` name the principal for a project with policies.
- If the workspace cannot open the project, the error is shown, not the setup screen.
- Exit codes:
  - exit 3, with one path-free line: a missing, expired, incomplete or unknown-version result, or a project that is no longer registered;
  - exit 2: a result of a database op... (continued)
