Added a NestedAddressGroup compliance violation

rfc5322 only permits mailboxes within an address group. Nested groups
were previously reported as NonConformantAddress, and the ';' that
terminated the nested group was treated as the end of the enclosing
group. The validator now tracks nested groups with a counter (rather
than recursion, so the input cannot drive the stack depth) so that it
agrees with MimeKit's parser about where each group ends.
