Improve MimeIterator and use it for MimeMessage.BodyParts

* MimeIterator.PathSpecifier now returns "1" for a non-multipart
  top-level body (matching IMAP and the "N.1" already used for the
  body of a message/rfc822 part). Multipart message bodies remain "0"
  and "N.0".
* MimeIterator.MoveTo() now navigates directly to the target in
  O(depth) instead of scanning the tree, and the iterator now tracks
  its position with a single List of structs rather than a Stack of
  allocated nodes plus a separate path list.
* Added MimeIterator.SkipChildren(), Index, CurrentMessage,
  GetAncestor() and GetEnumerator() (for foreach support).
* Added MimeMessage.TryGetEntity() (and to IMimeMessage).
* MimeMessage.BodyParts and Attachments now walk the tree with
  MimeIterator instead of recursively nested iterators, so deep nesting
  no longer costs O(depth) stack and time per step.
