Run every module in the weekly mutation run and list the survivors

The scheduled run only mutated spec_cleaner.rpmsection, 559 of about
5300 mutants, and its summary gave just a score: which mutants survived
was only visible in the raw log, so nobody could tell what changed from
one week to the next.

Drop the default scope so the weekly run covers every module, and give
it room: a full local run with four workers took two hours (5301
mutants, 88.7%), so the job limit goes from 180 to 360 minutes. The
summary now names the mutmut version and lists, by module, every mutant
that counts against the score, and survivors.txt with those and the
timeouts goes into the artifact next to the stats. A dispatched run
still takes wildcards to narrow the scope.

A run that fails, or hits its 330 minute step limit (a failure, where
the job limit would cancel), is still reported, marked as partial. The
summary also says so when mutmut's results list fewer mutants than its
stats count, so a change in mutmut's output format cannot go unnoticed.
