Add tree navigation helpers and keyword-only walker positions (#1451)

Tree widgets gain the navigation and state helpers urwidtrees users miss,
and walker positions() takes reverse by keyword only.

- TreeWalker.positions() yields the visible nodes in display order,
  so iterating a ListBox over a TreeWalker follows the screen and
  home/end work on a plain ListBox.
- TreeListBox.focus_first_child/focus_last_child/focus_next_sibling/
  focus_prev_sibling move the focus along the tree; no key is bound.
- TreeWidget.expand/collapse/toggle_expanded update the flag and the icon;
  the expand and collapse keys and the icon click use them.
- TreeWidget.is_initially_expanded() sets the starting state of a node.
- positions() of the Simple*ListWalker and Simple*DequeWalker classes
  deprecates a positional reverse (since 5.0.0, removed in 8.0).
- ListBox fallback tests use V1ProtocolWalker, since TreeWalker now
  implements positions().
