feat(converter): render notes with a template by type (#2510)

* feat(converter): render notes with a template by type

A `:::<type>` note is rendered with the `partials/notes/<type>.html.twig`
template, if it exists, instead of the `<aside>` element. The template
receives a `note` variable (type, unique id, content, intro and items,
split on `####` headings, list entries or code blocks).

Built-in templates are provided for `tabs`, `code-group`, `steps`,
`accordion` and `cards`, rendered without JavaScript.

* docs(markdown): note templates root element is a div
