fix(converter): close a note block only on a `:::` line (#2507)

A note block (`:::type` … `:::`) was closed by the first line containing `:::` anywhere, and that line was dropped: a note mentioning `:::` (e.g. in an inline code) was truncated, and its remaining content rendered outside of it (the orphan closing `:::` even turned the previous paragraph into a table).

Only a line made of `:::` (with optional trailing spaces) closes the note now.
