* break: upgrade catalyst-api-specs to 4 and drop hot scenes and realms

The 4.0.0 spec removes /lambdas/explore/hot-scenes and
/lambdas/explore/realms (both 404 in production), so the lambdas client
no longer exposes getHotScenes or getRealms.

The spec now generates HEAD operations, so the custom fetcher accepts
'head' and does not parse a body for it. Query params are serialized
with arrays as repeated keys (category on third-party wearables is now
an array) and undefined values are omitted.

Generated parameter and response types of the remaining operations
follow the new spec (numeric pageNum/pageSize, presence-flag
includeEntities/includeDefinitions, numeric parcel x/y, owner on
ParcelPermissions).

* fix: leave null query params out

Presence flags like includeDefinitions turn on for any value, so a null param sent as "null" enabled them. Tests now cover null, booleans, empty arrays and reserved characters.
