* fix(combo): give the group header template its own context type

groupHeaderTemplate was typed ComboItemTemplate<T>, so `item` looked
like a data item. It is a record made for the header, and only its
groupKey, valueKey and displayKey fields are set.

The template now gets `group`, the group value as a string, through
the new ComboGroupHeaderTemplate and ComboGroupHeaderContext types.
`item` is deprecated. Existing templates still compile, and the
rendered output does not change.

* fix(combo): address review comments on the group header context

Add a spec that assigns a ComboItemTemplate<T> to groupHeaderTemplate
and checks the synthetic record that `item` holds. Give the deprecated
`item` the release version in the source and in the spec, and describe
both group header specs in the spec test scenarios.

* fix(combo): rename the group header context field to key

Rename `group` to `key`, so samples read `(group) => group.key` and
the context matches IgbComboGroupHeaderContext.Key in Blazor. `key` is
now the raw group value, typed `unknown`, not a string. So a number
group key stays a number, as Blazor's `object? Key` expects.
