- dep(dns-rr): updated to 2.0.0
- dep(dns-rr): tinydns output writes SPF, NAPTR and TXT over 127 bytes as generic wire lines
- tinydns `'` TXT lines import as 127-byte strings, as tinydns serves them
- fix(maradns): TXT/SPF `\xNN` escapes decode, and the BIND line handed to dns-rr is escaped
- fix(maradns): TXT, SPF and HINFO split chunks on an unquoted `;` and read `\'` and octal escapes (csv2_txt)
- fix(maradns): RAW records of any type import through that type's wire decoder
- fix(maradns): CNAME, WKS and the other csv2 types are recognized; an unknown type word throws
